Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
- United States: 6–7 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 5–6 business days
- UK, Australia & other international: 9–15 business days
Costs: Standard shipping is FREE on every order — no minimum. Express shipping is $4.95 USD.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Jars must be unopened and unused, with the seal intact
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened jars cannot be returned
- Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund timeline: we inspect your return within 3–5 business days; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
